Amêndoa de Trás-os-Montes IGP
Description: Amêndoa de Trás-os-Montes is the fruit of the almond tree (Prunus dulcis L.), of the Guara, Soleta, Lauranne, Ferraduel, Marinada, Ferrag-nez, Belona, Vayro, Refego, Verdial, and Pega-rinho varieties, or other varieties which may be used in the future, and is intended for human consumption.
Amêndoa de Trás-os-Montes must be sane and dry, free of damage caused by pests or disease, and free of any atypical smell or taste or signs of rancidity.
 
Castanha da Terra Fria PDO

Description: Castanha da Terra Fria PDO is the name given to the fruit of the chestnut (Castanea sativa Mill), Longal from the varieties, Judia, Côta, Amarelal, Lamela, Aveleira, Boa Ventura, Trigueira, Martainha and Negral. Each batch consists of 85% of one of the varieties and the remaining 15% may be completed by one of the other varieties mentioned. They may also benefit from the use of the denomination Castanha da Terra Fria the chestnuts presented pounded, frozen, candied or preserved in syrup.

Castanha do Marvão-Portalegre PDO

Description: Castanha Marvão-Portalegre PDO is the name given to the fruit of the chestnut (Castanea sativa Mill), Longal from the varieties Bárea, Clarinha ou Enxerta, e Bravo. They may also benefit from the use of the denomination Castanha Marvão-Portalegre the chestnuts presented pounded.

Castanha dos Soutos da Lapa PDO

Description: The Castanha dos Soutos da Lapa PDO is the fruit obtained from the chestnut tree (Castanea sativa Mill) of the Longal and Martaínha varieties. Batches must be homogeneous, that is to say, the nuts must be of the same origin, variety, quality, size and have substantially the same state of maturity or development.

Description: The Amêndoa Douro PDO is the fruit of the plant belonging to the Prunus amygdalus L. variety.

Pinhão de Alcácer do Sal

Descrição: O miolo de pinhão é obtido a partir da semente do Pinus Pinea L, da família das Pinacea. Tem cor branco-marfim, bem marcada, sem qualquer defeito ou cheiro, e o sabor é característico. As dimensões médias do miolo de pinhão situam-se entre 13 mm e 5,3 mm, com uma relação comprimento/largura da ordem dos 2,47.
